Associate Product Manager at Allworknow

At AllWork, we operate a premier freelancer management and payment platform designed to help businesses navigate the modern workforce. As freelancers become an essential part of organizational success, we provide the tools to manage and pay hourly, contract, and project-based talent with ease. We are currently looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our remote team and help us evolve our platform for our community of over 4,000 active users. This role offers you the chance to shape our product strategy, improve our dashboard and scheduling tools, and refine our mobile applications while working in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.

Key outcomes

• Develop deep expertise in our platform design standards, user types, and specific use cases.
• Ensure high quality by testing all new features and bug fixes prior to release.
• Perform consistent regression testing to keep our core functionality reliable.
• Identify and document opportunities to improve the overall performance and usability of our platform.
• Collaborate with our development team by drafting initial requirements and creating tickets for new enhancements.
• Produce clear, comprehensive release notes to keep internal stakeholders and our users informed about updates.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with large-scale mobile applications and B2B SaaS products, particularly within the fields of workforce management, HCM, HRIS, HR tech, or payroll processing.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and the full product development lifecycle.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset for solving complex problems.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical ideas and create detailed documentation.
• Fluency in English.
