We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our hybrid team in Hungary and help shape the future of compliant digital client engagement for financial services.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior product managers to shape priorities and roadmaps for Hearsay Social.
- Define product requirements and guide them from initial idea through roadmap and launch.
- Apply product lifecycle management practices to organize and prioritize work within a scrum team alongside Engineering and Design.
- Take part in Agile ceremonies, helping the team meet sprint goals by clarifying priorities and surfacing dependencies.
- Coordinate across Product, Design, Engineering, and other stakeholders to identify synergies and remove blockers.
- Track product metrics for Hearsay Social initiatives, monitoring usage, health, and business impact.
- Help create product documentation and training materials that support launches and updates.
Must-haves
- 1–2 years of experience in product management or an emerging product owner role.
- Familiarity with product lifecycle management, Agile frameworks, and Design Thinking.
- Experience turning feature requests into roadmaps, grooming backlogs, writing user stories, and defining acceptance criteria.
- Ability to work in a “three-in-the-box” model with Engineering and Design.
- Comfort with lean development practices and Scrum rituals.
- Proven success working with Go-To-Market teams and stakeholders to clarify business problems.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under deadline pressure.
- Experience engaging customers and participating in product discovery sessions with external stakeholders.
- Clear focus on delivering user delight and measurable ROI for buyers.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Hands-on experience with Design Thinking or Lean Product Development.
- Background working with social media or customer engagement platforms.
- Experience launching commercial SaaS products.
