Are you looking to make a real impact on the clean energy movement? At Nexamp, we are dedicated to building a future where energy is simple, clean, and accessible for everyone. We are a mission-driven organization that challenges the status quo, and we are looking for passionate individuals to join our team as we expand into new markets and work toward solving the climate crisis. If you are ready to learn from industry leaders and contribute to meaningful environmental change, we want to hear from you.
About the Role
We are seeking a Junior Associate Product Manager to join our Product and Technology team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will help develop the essential tools that support our operations and serve as the foundation for our customer billing experience. You will work closely with senior product team members to grow your skills, with the goal of becoming an independent, impact-driven product manager. This position is a hybrid role that offers the opportunity to collaborate with a forward-thinking team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage ad-hoc projects related to customer billing to build a deep understanding of our internal tooling ecosystem and its impact on the customer experience.
- Serve as a primary liaison between our Customer Experience and Product teams, championing data management best practices and documenting key features and processes.
- Build out our product backlog by conducting user interviews, performing usability testing, and analyzing data through business intelligence tools like SQL.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who is eager to grow and contribute to our mission. You should have the following qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience as an associate product manager, data analyst, or a similar role involving the analysis of quantitative and qualitative data.
- A strong commitment to our mission of addressing the climate crisis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to share information and ideas effectively across the organization.
- A proactive mindset with a demonstrated ability to identify problems, analyze root causes, and present creative solutions.
- A talent for building strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and customers.
If you do not meet every single qualification listed but feel you can contribute to our team, we encourage you to apply. We value diverse perspectives and are committed to an inclusive hiring process.
Location
This position is based in the United States and operates on a hybrid schedule.

- A 401(k) plan with an employer match.
- Flexible paid time off and holiday leave.
- Commuter benefits to assist with your travel.
- A collaborative hybrid work environment.
- Access to flexible hours to help maintain a healthy work-life balance.
