Role at a glance
We are seeking a Junior Associate Product Manager to join our team in Hungary. This is a full-time, hybrid position designed for an emerging professional who is ready to dive into market-focused product development and deliver high-value solutions to our users.
Your impact
- Collaborate with senior product leadership to define and execute product roadmaps, taking features from initial ideation through to a successful launch.
- Partner closely with Engineering and Design teams within a Scrum model to prioritize work, manage backlogs, and ensure sprint goals are met.
- Monitor product metrics and usage data to track the health and business impact of our features, ensuring we continue to deliver measurable value to our clients.
What you'll need
- 1 to 2 years of experience in product management or an emerging product owner role.
- A solid grasp of Agile frameworks, Design Thinking, and Lean development practices.
- Demonstrated ability to write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and groom a product backlog.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and work effectively in a cross-functional, three-in-the-box environment.
- Fluency in English.
- A passion for understanding user needs and solving complex business problems.
