We are proud to have remained profitable for over fifteen years. We invite you to join our team and help us continue to disrupt a trillion-dollar industry.
The opportunity
We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our Product and Engineering team. You will serve as a vital link between our leadership and cross-functional partners, including Corporate Strategy, Internal Communications, IT, and Facilities. By gathering feedback and applying your domain expertise, you will help us refine our processes and ensure our teams remain aligned as we scale.
A day in the life
- You will partner with Product and Engineering leaders to facilitate the quarterly planning process, using stakeholder feedback to iterate and improve our approach each cycle.
- You will act as a bridge across the organization, translating high-level business goals into actionable roadmaps for our teams while maintaining organized documentation and schedules.
- You will take the lead on organizing high-impact internal events, such as our annual Science Fair, Hackathons, and regular All Hands meetings, managing everything from logistics and agendas to content curation.
Who you are
You are a motivated professional with at least two years of experience in product, project management, or operations. You thrive in fast-paced environments and possess the following skills:
- Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple complex projects at once.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, allowing you to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in managing both virtual and in-person events, including vendor coordination and logistics.
- A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Why you'll love it here
We are committed to supporting our team members both personally and professionally. When you join CarGurus, you will enjoy a variety of perks designed to help you thrive, including:
- Equity compensation to ensure you share in our long-term success.
- A flexible hybrid work model that supports a healthy work-life balance.
- Flexible hours to accommodate your individual needs.
- Commuter benefits to assist with your travel to and from the office.
