What you bring
We are looking for a Junior Associate Product Manager to join our fully remote, full-time product team. In this role you will help turn customer insights into clear product direction, support the entire product lifecycle, and work side-by-side with engineering, design, and business stakeholders. Three key responsibilities include gathering and analyzing customer feedback to spot experience gaps, writing and maintaining PRDs that guide solution development, and tracking product metrics to measure feature usage and performance. The position is open to candidates located anywhere.
Requirements
You will thrive in this role if you bring one to two years of product-management experience with SaaS products, hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science, business management, or a related field, and have a solid grasp of product-lifecycle management and agile development. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfort with product metrics and analytical tools, and the ability to translate both qualitative and quantitative customer feedback into actionable improvements are essential. We also value clear communication, cross-functional collaboration, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new domains quickly.
