What you bring
We are hiring a full-time Associate Product Manager at the junior level to support product initiatives in a remote role. You will bring a foundation in product management or a related area, along with an interest in fintech and digital banking solutions. Your work will focus on understanding customer needs in cash management, payments, receivables, and investments, while helping translate insights into actionable product decisions. You will also contribute to market and competitor analysis, support the development of product vision and roadmaps, and collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to deliver features. The role is based anywhere, with a requirement to be located in Brazil.
- Conduct research into customer needs around cash management, payments, receivables, and investments.
- Support market trend analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Help create and maintain a product roadmap that balances short-term deliverables with long-term vision.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, finance, computer science, or a related field, and who has at least one year of experience in product management or a similar capacity, ideally within a technology environment. You should demonstrate strong ownership, proactive problem-solving, solid organizational and project management abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively across teams. Clear communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is fluency in both Portuguese and English. An interest in fintech is important, and previous experience in the sector is considered a plus. The ideal candidate is adaptable, eager to learn, and comfortable contributing in a dynamic startup setting.
What we offer
We provide a competitive salary along with a robust stock ownership plan. In addition, we support a fully flexible work model and offer benefits that can be adapted to individual needs and lifestyles. Team members also have access to professional development opportunities and the chance to contribute to shaping B2B payments across Latin America.
