Role at a glance
We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our member experience team. This is a full-time position designed for someone early in their career, such as a student or recent graduate, who is ready to make a real impact. You can work from anywhere, as this role is fully remote.
Your impact
- Partner with product leadership to identify and address the evolving needs of our members and customers.
- Collaborate with engineers, UX designers, and clinical teams to build and refine best-in-class support experiences.
- Drive engagement and positive health outcomes by executing on our member experience strategy.
What you'll need
- Previous experience through internships or professional roles in product management, project management, business analysis, or engineering.
- A sharp analytical mind with a proven ability to interpret data and use it to drive strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Fluency in English.
- Bonus points if you have experience in agile development, growth marketing, or improving healthcare delivery.
Perks and compensation
The starting base salary for this role is between $100,000.00 and $110,000.00. Your final compensation will be determined based on your unique skills and experience.
