What you bring
We are looking for a Junior Associate Product Manager to join us full time on-site in the United States. In this role you will support the creation of product experiences that let customers monitor, troubleshoot, and analyze their software applications. You will work alongside senior product managers, engineering, and cross-functional teams to shape the roadmap for core observability capabilities such as alerting, dashboarding, search, and analytics. The position calls for someone with an Engineering, Observability, SaaS, Product Management, Cloud Native Technologies, Market Research, Competitive Analysis, Product, or User Testing background who is eager to grow in a fast-paced startup setting.
- Work with senior product managers to support the development of the product roadmap for key features in the observability platform.
- Assist in gathering and analyzing customer feedback to understand user needs, pain points, and potential product improvements.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to help define product requirements and ensure successful feature development.
This position is located in the United States and requires on-site collaboration.
Requirements
The ideal candidate brings at least one year of product-management experience, preferably at a SaaS or B2B company, or has prior experience as a software engineer. You should hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or demonstrate a strong ability to learn technical concepts quickly. A genuine interest in observability, monitoring, and cloud-native technologies is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work effectively across teams, and the drive of a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment round out the profile. English proficiency is required.
