Zeta is a next-generation banking technology company that empowers financial institutions to launch modern banking products. Founded in 2015, we have grown to a team of over 1,700 employees across the US, EMEA, and Asia, and we are backed by major investors like Softbank and Mastercard. Our flagship platform, Zeta Tachyon, is a cloud-native, API-enabled stack that supports everything from card issuance to core banking, and we are currently looking for a Product Manager to join our team in India on a full-time, on-site basis.
Responsibilities
- Conduct deep research into market demands and problem spaces, focusing on viability, feasibility, and customer empathy.
- Collaborate directly with customers to gather feedback and co-design solutions that address real-world needs.
- Prioritize product features by balancing user goals, business strategy, and the core purpose of the Tachyon platform.
- Communicate the product vision and roadmap clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
- Partner with engineering and design teams to translate high-level concepts into detailed, actionable solutions.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, from initial roadmap planning and launch scope definition to post-launch iterations based on ROI and performance metrics.
- Work alongside Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth adoption and effective go-to-market strategies.
Must-haves
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in product management.
- A strong functional understanding of the prepaid issuance domain.
- Proficiency in working with RESTful APIs and technical product development.
- Proven ability to conduct market research and translate competitive insights into prioritized product requirements.
- Experience working within Agile development environments.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- A track record of thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments while managing multiple competing priorities.
- Fluency in English.
