About the Role
We are seeking an Associate Product Manager II or Product Manager I to join us on a full-time basis. In this on-site role, you will work directly with our leadership and product teams to define, build, and scale components of the Tachyon suite, including credit card systems, core accounting, and digital payments. You will be instrumental in shaping products that are cloud-native, cloud-agnostic, and built on an API-first architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Discovery and Prioritization: Conduct thorough market research and analyze user feedback to identify high-impact problems, using business acumen and user science to prioritize solutions that align with our strategic goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to translate complex requirements into actionable roadmaps and ensure successful product launches.
- Execution and Iteration: Own the product roadmap for specific features, manage launch iterations, and establish feedback loops to measure performance and drive continuous growth in adoption and engagement.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in product management.
- A strong functional understanding of the prepaid issuance domain.
- Proficiency in working with RESTful APIs and technical product development.
- Proven ability to conduct market analysis and translate customer insights into clear product requirements.
- Experience working within Agile development environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
Location
This position is based in India.
