What you bring
We are looking for a Mid-Level Associate Product Manager II to join us full time on-site in India. In this role you will help define, build, and scale products such as credit cards, core accounting, and digital payments on our cloud-native, API-first Tachyon platform. You will work with payments, RESTful APIs, market research, and agile development practices every day. Three key responsibilities include conducting discovery research to understand customer needs and market opportunities, prioritizing features using data and strategic thinking, and driving execution by owning roadmaps and collaborating closely with engineering and design teams. The position is based in India.
Requirements
You bring at least two years of product-management experience and a solid functional understanding of payments along with hands-on proficiency working with RESTful APIs. You are comfortable running market research, translating insights into prioritized requirements, and partnering with engineering teams on technology development and deployment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills help you influence stakeholders and collaborate across functions, while your ability to juggle multiple projects lets you thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience with agile methodologies and product-management tools rounds out your profile, and you hold at least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
