Today, nearly 5% of all Indian households shop with us, making us the first horizontal e-commerce company in India to bridge the gap between local markets and digital accessibility. We are looking for an Associate Product Manager II to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity within India.
Key outcomes
- Utilize both qualitative and quantitative data throughout the product development cycle to uncover actionable market and user insights.
- Design and execute effective A/B experiments to measure product impact and drive continuous improvement.
- Define critical product metrics and develop the necessary tools and dashboards to monitor performance.
- Analyze usage patterns to create strategic plans that move key metrics in the right direction.
- Facilitate swift, data-informed decision-making to ensure our product roadmap creates real impact.
- Perform user research and surveys to gain a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- At least one year of professional experience in a product management or analytics-focused role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, as this is an individual contributor position.
- A solid grasp of statistical concepts and their practical application in product analytics.
- A structured, data-driven approach to complex problem-solving.
- A strong desire to grow within the product function and eventually take ownership of specific product verticals.
- Professional fluency in English.
