At Zeta we build the technology that lets banks and fintechs launch the financial products of tomorrow. Founded in 2015 by Bhavin Turakhia and Ramki Gaddipati, we created Tachyon, the first cloud-native, API-first processing platform that unites issuance, core banking, lending, fraud and risk in a single stack. More than 20 million cards run on our system today, and we partner with many of the world’s largest banks to modernize multi-million-card portfolios. With over 1,700 teammates-70 percent in R&D-across the US, EMEA and Asia, and $280 million raised at a $1.5 billion valuation, we continue to push the frontier of banking technology.
About the Role
We are hiring an Associate Product Manager II / Product Manager I on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role you will help shape and scale one or more of our core offerings-credit cards, core accounting or digital payments-working side-by-side with engineering, design, sales and leadership to turn customer needs into production-ready features on the Tachyon platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery work that blends market research, customer interviews and technical feasibility checks to uncover high-value problems worth solving.
- Own the product roadmap for your area, setting clear priorities, sequencing launches and guiding engineering and design through each iteration.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success and Marketing to remove adoption barriers, communicate new capabilities and measure the impact of every release on customer growth and engagement.
Requirements
- Four or more years of product-management experience, ideally in core banking or accounting systems.
- Functional knowledge of prepaid issuance and hands-on comfort working with RESTful APIs.
- Proven ability to conduct market analysis, define roadmaps and drive execution inside agile development environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills that let you influence stakeholders across engineering, design and commercial teams.
- Comfort operating in fast-paced settings where multiple projects and shifting priorities must be managed at once.
Location
This position is based on-site in India.
Compensation and Benefits
We invest in your growth through challenging projects, mentorship from industry leaders and a culture built on the principle that “People Must Grow.” You will join a diverse, high-caliber team that values fresh thinking and continuous learning while delivering technology that reshapes global banking.
