We are now looking for passionate individuals to join our Plutus team, a strategic partnership with HDFC Bank, where we are building a digital bank from the ground up to serve over 25 million consumers.
What you bring
We are seeking a Junior Associate Product Manager I to join us on a full-time, on-site basis in India. You will be instrumental in shaping the user and merchant experience for our digital payment ecosystem. Your core responsibilities will include the following:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive product strategy focused on the user and merchant experience for PayZapp Shop.
- Taking ownership of payment and refund success rate metrics by analyzing data to identify opportunities for improved transaction efficiency.
- Collaborating closely with engineering, design, and operations teams to define product roadmaps and launch impactful features.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong blend of technical understanding and strategic thinking. We look for candidates who have at least two years of experience in a product role and hold a BE or BTech degree, preferably in computer science. While not required, a management degree from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute is considered a plus. You must be highly analytical, comfortable with data-driven decision making, and capable of navigating Agile methodologies. It is essential that you have a background in or a deep understanding of engineering complexities, as well as the ability to communicate effectively across cross-functional teams. We value individuals who are creative problem solvers, possess excellent presentation skills, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
