Associate Product Manager - Front End at Convai-technologies-inc

At Convai, we are building the future of interactive technology by providing developers with the tools to create intelligent, human-like NPCs for virtual worlds. We are looking for a Junior Associate Product Manager to join our team on a part-time, hybrid basis in India to help us refine and expand our platform's playground experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with executive leadership to shape product strategy within our growth division.
• Conduct thorough qualitative and quantitative research, utilizing tools like Mixpanel to validate new features.
• Partner closely with our design and front-end teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Guide engineers through the development lifecycle to bring new features to life.
• Analyze experimental data to identify optimization opportunities and drive product improvements.
• Establish and own key performance indicators to accelerate user growth.

Must-haves

• At least 1 year of professional experience in SaaS product management.
• A strong ability to translate user insights and statistical data into actionable decisions.
• A resourceful, curious, and innovative mindset.
• Proven experience in leadership and project management.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Design, Psychology, or a related field.
• Professional proficiency in English.
