Through our partnership with HDFC, we have launched initiatives like PayZapp 2.0 to transform the digital experience for millions of users. We are looking for a visionary Associate Product Manager 2 to join our Plutus team and help us build the top digital banking and payments platform in India.
Role at a glance
This is a full-time, mid-level position based on-site in India. You will be an integral part of the Plutus Product team, focusing on conceptualizing and launching digital banking products that leverage Zeta’s cloud-native Tachyon platform. You will work closely with internal engineering teams and external banking partners to drive growth and scale our product offerings.
Your impact
- Plan and define the goals, scope, and use cases for core product capabilities, ensuring every milestone aligns with our broader business metrics.
- Execute and prioritize the product roadmap by breaking down complex capabilities into smaller, shippable features while collaborating with business, operations, and data teams.
- Communicate the product vision effectively to stakeholders, navigating technical and operational intricacies to deliver sustainable, high-impact solutions.
What you'll need
We are looking for someone who thinks big but stays grounded in the details. You should have a strong track record of shipping products and a passion for building intuitive user experiences.
- At least 2 years of experience in a Product Management role.
- Proven success in building and shipping Enterprise or SaaS products.
- A solid understanding of UI/UX principles and mobile app experiences.
- Experience with Payment Systems is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder requirements.
- Familiarity with front-end engineering best practices and handling applications at scale is a plus.
