Associate Product Manager 2 at Zeta

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager 2 to join our Plutus team, a strategic partnership between Zeta and HDFC focused on building a digital bank from the ground up. Zeta is a next-gen banking technology company that empowers financial institutions to launch modern banking products, and our platform currently supports over 15 million cards globally.

Responsibilities

• Define the goals, scope, and use cases for core product capabilities based on key metrics.
• Establish and achieve milestones within your specific product charter.
• Manage the product lifecycle by making balanced decisions and navigating changes effectively.
• Break down complex capabilities into smaller, shippable features.
• Collaborate across teams, including business, operations, data, and external partners, to drive execution.
• Communicate and evangelize the product roadmap to stakeholders.
• Analyze complex scenarios to deliver sustainable and optimal product solutions.

Must-haves

• At least 2 years of experience in a Product Management role.
• A proven track record of owning, building, and shipping Enterprise or SaaS products.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build interpersonal relationships.
• The ability to think about the big picture while remaining focused on the details.
• Fluency in English.

Nice-to-haves

• Prior experience working with payment systems.
• Experience managing mobile app experiences at scale.
