Associate Product Lead - Payment Integrations at Deuna

Role at a glance

We are looking for a Senior Associate Product Lead to focus on our payment integrations. This is a full-time, remote position available to candidates located anywhere. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our technical capabilities and our clients' needs as we scale our global footprint.

Your impact

• Translate our high-level product strategy into granular, technical requirements that guide our engineering teams through prototype construction and final development.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for our clients, managing their expectations and ensuring our payment solutions consistently meet their business needs.
• Lead cross-functional efforts by coordinating product releases, managing backlogs, and ensuring our development and QA processes align with strict acceptance criteria.

What you'll need

• At least 3 years of experience specifically working with payment integrations.
• A deep technical understanding of payment lifecycles, including AUTH, SALE, CAPTURE, VOID, REFUND, REVERSAL, 3DS, MCI, and MSI.
• Practical knowledge of payment methods across Latin America, such as credit cards, bank-based transfers, and Pix.
• The ability to read and interpret API payment connectivity specifications and translate them into actionable requirements.
• Technical proficiency with JSON and Webhooks.
• Experience working with Jira, Google Sheets, and Scrum methodologies, including the ability to write clear user stories.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
