What you'll be doing
- You will lead the technical direction for complex domains, driving our adoption of microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and DevOps practices to ensure high-quality, modular software delivery.
- You will collaborate with both business and technology stakeholders to translate high-level strategy into actionable engineering outcomes, ensuring that our systems remain secure and compliant with data privacy standards.
- You will act as a mentor and thought leader, providing architectural guidance to engineers at all levels while fostering a culture of technical excellence and developer productivity across our cloud-based environments.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should be a seasoned professional with deep expertise in modern software engineering. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in an on-site capacity in Germany and is proficient in English. You should have a strong background in the following areas:
