We are currently seeking an Associate Principal Software Engineer based in Germany to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis and help shape the future of our technology.
Key outcomes
- Collaborate across business and technology departments to accelerate our technical strategy and deliver high-value outcomes.
- Provide architectural guidance and support to the engineering community while exploring new tools and approaches.
- Drive engineering excellence in areas such as modularity, abstraction, microservices architecture, and event-driven systems.
- Ensure all multi-tenant systems adhere to strict data privacy and security standards while operating on public and private cloud infrastructure.
- Act as a thought leader for complex domains, translating high-level strategy into actionable technical direction.
- Mentor and coach engineers at all levels to promote technical standards and foster a high-performance culture.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in a senior engineering capacity.
- Deep expertise in microservices architecture, DevOps, and cloud technologies.
- Strong understanding of data privacy and security requirements within large-scale systems.
- Proven ability to provide mentoring and coaching to technical teams.
- Professional proficiency in English.
