What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior Associate Principal Software Engineer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Germany. This is a high-level position for an experienced professional who wants to influence global retailers and shape the direction of our technology. You will be a key player in our engineering community, working across multiple domains to define technical boundaries and drive our long-term vision.
What will you do?
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to accelerate our strategy and deliver valuable outcomes for our customers.
- Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to engineers while exploring new tools, technologies, and innovative approaches.
- Champion engineering disciplines such as microservices architecture, event-driven systems, DevOps, and data privacy, ensuring our systems are secure and scalable on the cloud.
