Role at a glance
We are looking for an Associate Principal Consultant to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in India. This is an executive-level position for a seasoned professional with over 11 years of experience in leading technical teams and driving complex software projects. You will be instrumental in guiding our technical vision and ensuring we continue to deliver high-quality solutions.
Your impact
- Lead and mentor technical teams by recruiting, training, and fostering a high-performance culture that encourages innovation and collaboration.
- Drive agile excellence by implementing and refining development methodologies to ensure we deliver high-quality software within budget and on schedule.
- Architect robust solutions by leveraging cloud-based microservices, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, and integrating secure coding practices throughout the entire development lifecycle.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should be a strategic thinker with a deep technical background and a commitment to quality. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Over 11+ years of experience managing technical teams and overseeing full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in PHP, Angular, Python, and API development.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, and CI/CD practices.
- A solid understanding of agile development models and the ability to manage complex project lifecycles.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and manage client expectations.
- A degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, such as a B.E, B.Tech, M.E, M.Tech, or MCA.
