Role at a glance
We are searching for an Associate Principal Consultant to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity. This is an executive-level role for a seasoned professional with over 11 years of experience in technical leadership. You will be based in India and will play a pivotal role in shaping our technical roadmap while managing high-performing teams.
Your impact
- Lead and mentor: Recruit, train, and empower both internal and external technical teams to foster a culture of high performance and collaboration.
- Drive technical excellence: Implement agile methodologies and optimize CI/CD practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable software solutions within budget.
- Architect secure systems: Lead the development of robust security strategies and integrate them directly into the software development lifecycle and cloud-based microservices architecture.
What you'll need
You should be an expert in software development with a strong background in managing complex technical projects. We are looking for someone who brings the following qualifications:
- Over 11 years of experience overseeing technical teams, specifically within agile environments and cloud-based microservices architectures.
- Proven programming proficiency in PHP, Angular, Python, HTML, jQuery, and CSS.
- Hands-on experience with API development, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services like AWS.
- Working knowledge of containerization tools such as Docker.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to manage client expectations and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- A degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, such as a B.E, B.Tech, M.E, M.Tech, or MCA.
