What you bring

As a Senior Associate in our Portfolio Analytics team, you will play a foundational role in our data ecosystem. Based in the United Kingdom, this full-time, on-site position focuses on supporting our evergreen and semi-liquid vehicles, as well as co-investments and GP-led secondaries. You will partner with teams across the firm to provide the evidence-based insights necessary for portfolio construction and performance storytelling. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive fund and asset-level analytics, including risk-return assessments, market benchmarking, and deal-level attribution.
• Developing and maintaining rolling NAV and cash-flow projections to support liquidity and volatility reviews.
• Collaborating with our technology and data teams to systemize data pipelines and build advanced analytical dashboards.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in private markets, specifically within portfolio management, analytics, or risk. You should possess deep expertise in semi-liquid products, such as 40 Act or SICAV structures, and have a strong grasp of return attribution and risk-adjusted metrics. A bachelor’s degree in a field like Finance, Data Science, or Econometrics is required, and we value candidates who hold or are working toward professional qualifications like the CFA, CAIA, FRM, or ACA. You must be proficient with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, Power BI, and Python. The ideal candidate is an innovative problem-solver who communicates quantitative insights clearly and thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.
