The opportunity
We are looking for an Associate People Business Partner to join our team in Hong Kong. In this role, you will act as a key contact for our functional departments, helping to shape the employee experience while driving our global expansion. You will sit at the intersection of talent acquisition and strategic business partnering, ensuring that we attract the right people and support them effectively as they grow within our fast-paced environment.
A day in the life
- You will own the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating onboarding and representing Lalamove at career events.
- You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing guidance on performance management, workforce planning, and organizational development.
- You will contribute to the evolution of our company culture by analyzing people data, refining our internal policies, and leading initiatives that improve our workflows and processes.
Who you are
You are a motivated professional with a degree in Human Resources or a related field and at least 2 years of relevant experience. You possess a deep understanding of recruitment best practices and are comfortable navigating HR policies and compliance. Because you will be working with diverse teams, you have a natural ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively in English. You are someone who enjoys working with data to find actionable insights, and you are always ready to tackle new challenges with a self-driven mindset.
