What is this role?
This is a full-time, remote Associate Paid Social Specialist position at the junior level. You'll join our performance marketing team and own day-to-day management of paid social campaigns that drive user acquisition for both our mobile app and web experiences.
What will you do?
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid user-acquisition campaigns on Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, and other social platforms while staying within budget and hitting CPA and ROAS targets.
- Run structured A/B tests on bids, audiences, creative, and landing pages, then turn the results into clear recommendations that improve performance.
- Work with designers, copywriters, product, analytics, and compliance teams to produce compliant ads and report results to marketing and company stakeholders.
What makes you a great fit?
You hold a B.S. or M.S. and bring one to two years of hands-on experience running paid media and user-acquisition campaigns, ideally for a direct-to-consumer brand. You're comfortable with A/B testing, have strong Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced startup where priorities shift quickly. Experience with Jira or Trello is helpful, and an analytical mindset-bonus points for SQL-helps you turn data into action. Above all, you communicate clearly and stay organized when juggling multiple campaigns.

The base salary range for this role is $58,500–71,500 annually.
