Responsibilities
- Manage pacing and conduct regular optimizations to improve the effectiveness of our direct response campaigns.
- Execute paid search strategies, including work with Google Ads, Performance Max, and the Google Display Network.
- Provide support to marketing managers by launching and optimizing various campaigns.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to solve complex marketing and media challenges.
- Maintain high visibility within the team by demonstrating proactive communication and attention to detail.
- Expand your digital marketing expertise into areas like paid social and programmatic display.
Must-haves
- At least 2 years of professional experience in paid search media marketing.
- Proven background in direct response, including campaign setup, tracking, execution, and reporting.
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including relevant media math.
- Financial acumen with the ability to assess risk and return on business decisions.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to manage projects to completion and navigate ambiguous situations.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with non-search digital channels.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with DoubleClick or DV360.
- Experience building custom data reports.
- Knowledge of Salesforce.
- Previous exposure to the legal industry.
Benefits
The salary range for this position is $50,000 to $60,000 USD per year. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package for our full-time employees, which includes:
