As the nation's largest plaintiff’s law firm with over 35 years of experience and a team of 4,000 employees, we operate with the agility of a startup from our Brooklyn marketing hub while maintaining the resources of an established enterprise.

Responsibilities

Manage pacing and conduct regular optimizations to improve the effectiveness of our direct response campaigns.
Execute paid search strategies, including work with Google Ads, Performance Max, and the Google Display Network.
Provide support to marketing managers by launching and optimizing various campaigns.
Collaborate with senior leadership to solve complex marketing and media challenges.
Maintain high visibility within the team by demonstrating proactive communication and attention to detail.
Expand your digital marketing expertise into areas like paid social and programmatic display.

Must-haves

At least 2 years of professional experience in paid search media marketing.
Proven background in direct response, including campaign setup, tracking, execution, and reporting.
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including relevant media math.
Financial acumen with the ability to assess risk and return on business decisions.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
A proactive mindset with the ability to manage projects to completion and navigate ambiguous situations.

Nice-to-haves

Experience with non-search digital channels.
Proficiency in Google Analytics.
Familiarity with DoubleClick or DV360.
Experience building custom data reports.
Knowledge of Salesforce.
Previous exposure to the legal industry.

Benefits

The salary range for this position is $50,000 to $60,000 USD per year. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package for our full-time employees, which includes:
