The role
We are seeking a Junior Associate Mobile Developer Support Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position based in Poland. You will serve as the primary technical contact for developers integrating our SDK, acting as the vital bridge between our engineering team and our customers to ensure a seamless experience.
Core responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for technical inquiries, focusing on our web SDK and various APIs.
- Investigate and triage reported issues, guide developers through debugging, and escalate complex technical problems to our engineering department.
- Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of internal tools, technical documentation, and FAQs to enhance our support efficiency.
Skills and experience
We are looking for individuals who enjoy solving problems and can explain complex concepts in a clear, simple way. You should possess the following qualifications:
- Strong professional English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Foundational knowledge of web technologies, specifically JavaScript, React, and Vue, along with experience using debugging tools.
- A customer-focused mindset and the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
- Familiarity or a strong interest in using support platforms such as Zendesk.
- Availability to work during U.S. business hours, which corresponds to 3pm to 12am CET.
- A willingness to participate in an on-call rotation for urgent support needs.
