We are looking for an Associate Marketing Manager to join our team in Providence and Newport, RI, where you will help shape our agents' branding projects from initial concept through final execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Marketing Advisors to ensure the strategic execution of regional initiatives.
- Oversee project management workflows for local campaigns to ensure seamless operations and delivery.
- Manage comprehensive annual marketing and advertising campaigns, covering everything from budgeting and forecasting to creative development and social media management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving customer issues and escalations.
- Track progress against key metrics and OKRs, collaborating with leadership to drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with local brokerage leadership to integrate best practices and foster an innovative, collaborative team culture.
Must-haves
- Three to five years of experience in a marketing or branding role.
- Two to three years of people management experience with a proven history of scaling teams.
- Expert-level knowledge of marketing strategy, including the ability to select the right tactics across print, digital, social, and paid media channels.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite products such as InDesign and Photoshop.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credibility and relationships with key stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of major social media platforms and their respective advertising tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Apple Office, and Google Suite.
- Must be able to work 100% on-site in Providence, RI or Newport, RI.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience working within the real estate industry or for a luxury brand.
- Background in agency settings or creative production.
- Familiarity with Workfront project management software.
