We are looking for a Senior Associate Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity within the United States. This role is perfect for an experienced professional who is ready to bridge the gap between engineering design and production reality, ensuring that our technical solutions are as efficient as they are innovative.
Your impact
- Drive improvements in production quality, safety, and cycle times by participating in statistical process control projects.
- Serve as the primary technical bridge between engineering and production teams to optimize manufacturing methods and new designs.
- Evaluate engineering drawings and 3D models to determine production feasibility while maintaining detailed technical documentation.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in manufacturing or industrial engineering. We value candidates who are technically proficient and comfortable working in both office and hands-on manufacturing environments.
- A bachelor's degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Strong technical proficiency with Microsoft tools, including Excel, Word, and Project.
- A solid grasp of mechanical tolerances, geometry, and mathematics, with the ability to work in both Metric and English units.
- Excellent communication skills and an open-minded approach to collaborative problem-solving.
- Bonus points for experience with CNC programming, CATIA V5, and prior work within the aerospace industry.
- Fluency in English is required, and you must be a US person to comply with the nature of this work.
