The role

We are seeking a Senior Associate Manager of Technical Product Management to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity. In this role, you will act as a bridge between our restaurant operations and our home office, ensuring that our technical platforms communicate effectively. You will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of our system integrations, focusing on everything from HR platforms to data delivery optimization.

Core responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and engineering leads to design and maintain stable, high-performing integrations for our Back of House systems.
• Define and document technical requirements for middleware products while partnering with operations, franchise stakeholders, and platform teams.
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for system integrations, working closely with reliability engineering to address production issues and implement proactive monitoring.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this position, you should bring a strong technical background and a customer-centric mindset. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in technical product management or solutions architecture within an Agile environment.
• Hands-on experience with integration and middleware technologies, including REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and EDI.
• Proficiency with various database types, such as SQL and NoSQL, including DynamoDB, as well as ETL tools.
• Strong communication skills and a meticulous eye for detail when solving complex technical problems.

Compensation and benefits
