What you bring

We are seeking a Senior Associate Manager, Technical Product Management to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity. This role is based anywhere, and you will be responsible for bridging the gap between our restaurant operations and our home office systems. Your expertise in technology and Agile methodologies will be vital as you manage complex integrations and data delivery pipelines.

• Collaborate with engineering and product leads to design reliable, future-proof integrations for our Back of House systems.
• Perform detailed data mapping across various platforms to ensure seamless continuity and performance.
• Act as a subject matter expert to troubleshoot production issues and identify new opportunities to enhance our connected kitchen architecture.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a problem solver with a customer-centric mindset and strong technical documentation skills. You should have a degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. We are looking for someone with at least five years of experience in technical product management or solutions architecture within an Agile environment. You must have hands-on experience debugging system integrations and working with technologies such as REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, EDI, SQL, NoSQL, DynamoDB, and ETL tools. Proficiency in English is required, and we value candidates who are detail-oriented and capable of communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What we offer
