Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior Associate Manager of Segment Marketing to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position based in the United States, perfect for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow their career alongside established industry leaders.

Your impact

Develop and launch comprehensive marketing strategies, including messaging and campaign execution, that directly support our U.S. business unit goals.
Act as the key bridge between marketing, Sales, and Solutions teams to ensure our efforts are perfectly aligned with our broader business objectives.
Lead and mentor a team of marketers, ensuring that our brand visibility, client retention, and growth initiatives are executed with excellence across our portfolio.

What you'll need

More than 5 years of professional marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a management role.
A deep understanding of the U.S. healthcare IT landscape.
A degree or equivalent relevant experience.
A self-starting attitude and the ability to work independently in a dynamic, evolving environment.
Fluency in English.

Perks and compensation

The salary range for this position is $74,000 to $96,000 USD. In addition to a competitive salary, you will benefit from a hybrid work arrangement that offers flexibility in how you manage your professional and personal life.
