The role
We are seeking a mid-level professional to join our team as an Associate Manager, Regional Operations. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the United States. In this role, you will serve as an in-house brand ambassador, leading a cross-departmental team to provide best-in-class support to our agents while ensuring our regional offices operate smoothly and effectively.
Core responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of marketing and agent experience professionals to ensure they provide high-quality support and meet key performance indicators.
- Oversee the market-level agent onboarding experience and manage the adoption of Compass products and programs to ensure regional success.
- Partner with senior leadership to monitor agent satisfaction, build operational efficiencies, and act as a primary point of escalation for our agent partners.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess a blend of operational expertise and leadership ability. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- A bachelor’s degree with 3 to 5 years of experience in client success, relationship management, or marketing.
- 1 to 2 years of direct team management experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, self-starter attitude.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Zendesk is highly valued.
- Experience in the real estate brokerage or technology sectors is considered a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Compensation and benefits
The base pay range for this position is $81,000 to $95,000 annually, though the final offer may vary based on your specific skills and experience. In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
