Associate Manager, People & Experience at Galepartners

We are currently looking for a Senior Associate Manager, People & Experience to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis in Canada. In this role, you will be a vital member of our People & Culture team, helping us cultivate a workplace where every team member feels supported, valued, and inspired to produce their best work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including managing seamless onboarding processes, payroll administration, benefits coordination, and professional offboarding procedures.
• Serve as a trusted advisor for both leadership and staff by providing guidance on company policies, resolving workplace matters, and ensuring consistent application of HR programs.
• Maintain the integrity of our HRIS data and utilize your analytical skills to generate reports that help our team make informed, data-driven decisions regarding the employee experience.

Requirements

We are looking for a seasoned HR professional who brings at least 5 years of experience to the table. You should have a strong grasp of Canadian employment laws, global benefits administration, and employee relations. We value candidates who are highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, and comfortable handling confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in HRIS management and a passion for staying current with HR trends are essential. A CHRP or CHRL certification is preferred for this position.
