What you'll be doing
- Lead the end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives designed to drive customer onboarding, funding, product adoption, and deposit growth.
- Design and optimize automated customer journeys, which includes managing message development, conducting A/B testing, and reporting on performance.
- Oversee the creative development process by writing effective briefs and collaborating with internal partners, legal, and compliance teams to ensure every campaign is impactful and accurate.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should have 3 to 5 years of experience in lifecycle or email marketing. We are looking for someone who is fluent in English and possesses the following qualifications:
- Proficiency with CRM software, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or MS Dynamics, along with a solid understanding of CASL regulations.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate metrics into actionable business insights.
- Experience in creating clear creative briefs and providing feedback that results in high-impact communications.
- A self-starting mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- A post-secondary degree in Marketing, Commerce, or a related field, with experience in the financial services industry considered a significant asset.
