We are currently looking for a motivated Associate Manager - Insurance Operations to join our high-energy team in Mumbai on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities
- Manage the insurance business by supporting issuance and servicing objectives while coordinating closely with insurers and various internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor sales funnels, perform detailed analysis, and generate management reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop new operational processes, draft standard operating procedures, and collaborate with our product and technology teams to ensure seamless product onboarding.
Requirements
- You possess 3 to 5 years of professional experience within the insurance sector.
- You have a strong background in claims and servicing.
- You demonstrate excellent relationship management skills and the ability to work independently as a proactive problem solver.
