Role at a glance
We are looking for a junior-level Associate Manager to join our Business Analytics team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in India. You will be instrumental in translating complex data into actionable insights that drive our product strategy and improve the user experience for our massive community of sports fans.
Your impact
- You will tackle real business challenges by defining key metrics, tracking performance, and building data-driven hypotheses.
- You will take ownership of business metrics, identifying new opportunities to optimize performance and designing effective product experiments.
- You will build robust frameworks for root cause analysis, set up KPI trees, and implement systems for anomaly detection to stay ahead of user behavior trends.
What you'll need
- At least one year of professional experience within the analytics domain.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools like Looker or Tableau.
- A solid foundation in programming languages such as Python or R, along with experience using Jupyter Notebooks.
- Familiarity with product analytics platforms and a basic understanding of Machine Learning concepts.
- Fluency in English to communicate your findings and collaborate effectively with our team.
