About the Role
We are seeking an Associate Manager of Brand Marketing to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a mid-level role where you will be instrumental in driving our Sunnyside retail brand forward. You will be responsible for shaping and executing marketing strategies that elevate our presence both nationally and locally, while working across departments to launch impactful campaigns that resonate with our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary champion for the Sunnyside retail brand by managing brand guidelines, positioning, and the development of both national and regional marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with our eCommerce, CRM, and wholesale teams to create cohesive channel strategies and bring our brand vision to life.
- Analyze campaign performance, sales metrics, and market trends to provide data-driven insights that strengthen our ongoing brand projects and overall strategy.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree is required, and an MBA is preferred.
- At least 3 years of relevant marketing experience, specifically within retail, shopper, or wholesale brand marketing.
- Proven experience activating campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, CRM, and eCommerce.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret quantitative data to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment that requires managing through ambiguity.
- Must be 21 years of age or older and able to comply with all industry-specific legal and company regulations.
Location
This position is based in the United States and requires an on-site presence.
