What you bring

We are seeking a mid-level Associate Manager of Brand Marketing to join us in a full-time, on-site capacity within the United States. In this role, you will be the primary champion for our Sunnyside retail brand, ensuring our national presence remains strong and cohesive. You will play a vital part in our marketing efforts by managing brand positioning, executing strategic campaigns, and collaborating across departments to drive our business objectives forward.

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns that elevate our national and local brand presence.
• Collaborate with eCommerce, CRM, and regional teams to create impactful channel strategies and bring our brand vision to life.
• Analyze campaign performance, sales metrics, and market trends to provide data-driven insights that strengthen our ongoing brand projects.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a proactive, entrepreneurial professional with a genuine passion for the cannabis industry. You should hold a bachelor’s degree, with an MBA being a plus, and possess at least three years of relevant marketing experience in retail, shopper, or wholesale environments. We are looking for someone who excels at managing through ambiguity and can thrive in a fast-paced setting with minimal structure. You must have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively. Additionally, you must be at least 21 years of age and comply with all industry-specific legal and company regulations.
