About the Role
We are seeking a Mid-Level Associate, Java Developer to join our Lending technology team on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will contribute to the development of our next-generation crypto lending systems. You will collaborate closely with our Trading and Risk departments to enhance our Prime services platform, ensuring our infrastructure remains robust and scalable.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance software solutions using core Java and Spring frameworks.
- Develop and maintain scalable microservices to support our evolving lending architecture.
- Perform code optimization and profiling to ensure our systems operate with maximum efficiency and reliability.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should possess a strong analytical mindset and the ability to take full ownership of technical challenges. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- At least 3 years of professional software development experience.
- Advanced proficiency in core Java.
- Proven experience working with Spring and Kafka.
- Practical experience in building and deploying microservices.
- Strong capabilities in code optimization and performance profiling.
Bonus points are awarded for experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, or knowledge of crypto products and traditional financial instruments like futures and options.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive base salary ranging from $140,000 to $160,000 USD, which is supplemented by our broader total compensation philosophy. Our benefits package includes:
