Role at a glance
We are hiring an Associate IT Operations Engineer for a full-time position. This is a junior-level role that offers a hybrid work environment, allowing you to balance remote tasks with hands-on support. You will be based in the United States and should be prepared to travel to client sites as needed.
Your impact
- You will be the first line of defense for our users, providing hands-on and remote troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- You will manage the lifecycle of our IT equipment, including configuring and deploying laptops, desktops, and printers to keep our teams productive.
- You will act as a key point of contact for user onboarding and document your resolutions to help us improve our internal processes over time.
What you'll need
- An associate degree in IT or at least three years of experience in a service desk environment.
- A solid grasp of Windows and macOS operating systems, along with a foundational understanding of networking concepts.
- Exceptional communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service.
- A valid driver’s license and the physical ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 75 pounds.
- You must be at least 21 years old and able to pass all required background checks to receive approval from the state badging agency for the cannabis industry.
- Fluency in English is required for this role.
