Key outcomes

• Serve as the primary point of contact for end-user support, assisting colleagues both on-site and remotely.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues by researching, isolating, and troubleshooting problems through clear communication with users.
• Manage daily IT operations using our help desk ticketing system.
• Handle user account administration, including provisioning new accounts, managing permissions, and assisting with password resets.
• Escalate complex technical tickets to senior team members when necessary.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides, system setup instructions, and IT process workflows.
• Contribute to broader IT initiatives, such as software rollouts, system upgrades, and office relocations.
• Maintain physical infrastructure, including network cabling, office cable management, and CCTV installations.

Requirements

• Foundational knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems, specifically Mac and Windows.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical team members.
• A quick learning aptitude and a genuine desire to expand your technical skill set.
• A collaborative spirit combined with the ability to work independently when required.
• A customer-service mindset and a passion for helping others succeed.
• A solid understanding of MFA and 2FA security protocols.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred qualifications

• Familiarity with network fundamentals, such as IP ranges, VLANs, and VoIP.
• Basic experience with scripting languages like PowerShell or Bash for task automation.
