Key outcomes
- Serve as the primary point of contact for end-user support, assisting colleagues both on-site and remotely.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues by researching, isolating, and troubleshooting problems through clear communication with users.
- Manage daily IT operations using our help desk ticketing system.
- Handle user account administration, including provisioning new accounts, managing permissions, and assisting with password resets.
- Escalate complex technical tickets to senior team members when necessary.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides, system setup instructions, and IT process workflows.
- Contribute to broader IT initiatives, such as software rollouts, system upgrades, and office relocations.
- Maintain physical infrastructure, including network cabling, office cable management, and CCTV installations.
Requirements
- Foundational knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems, specifically Mac and Windows.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical team members.
- A quick learning aptitude and a genuine desire to expand your technical skill set.
- A collaborative spirit combined with the ability to work independently when required.
- A customer-service mindset and a passion for helping others succeed.
- A solid understanding of MFA and 2FA security protocols.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Familiarity with network fundamentals, such as IP ranges, VLANs, and VoIP.
- Basic experience with scripting languages like PowerShell or Bash for task automation.
