What is this role?

We are seeking an Associate IT End User Computing Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position that requires you to work on-site at our distribution center in Dordrecht. You will be a key member of our Global Support Team, providing essential IT assistance primarily for our EMEA region while collaborating with colleagues across the globe.

What will you do?

• Provide hands-on deskside support by troubleshooting hardware and software issues for end users, including preparing equipment for new hires.
• Maintain and support critical warehouse technology, such as desktops, printers, and WMS scanners, while assisting warehouse leadership.
• Manage the full lifecycle of support requests by documenting, tracking, and resolving tickets within our system while ensuring high-quality communication.

To succeed in this role, you should have a background in IT or a related field, supported by demonstrable experience in a technical support or technician capacity. We are looking for someone who excels at customer service and possesses a collaborative spirit. You must be comfortable working with ticketing systems and have a solid grasp of troubleshooting processes. Because you will be working in an international environment, clear communication in English is essential. Please note that our Dordrecht distribution center is not accessible via public transportation, so you will need to arrange your own reliable commute.
