Role at a glance

We are seeking a Mid-Level Associate IT End User Computing Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site position based at our distribution center in Dordrecht, which is not accessible via public transportation. You will be a vital part of our Global Support Team, ensuring our staff has the technical tools they need to succeed every day.

Your impact

• Provide hands-on deskside support for hardware and software, acting as the primary point of contact for end users and warehouse leadership.
• Manage the full lifecycle of technical issues by creating, tracking, and resolving tickets while documenting solutions within our ITIL-based systems.
• Maintain critical warehouse infrastructure, including desktops, printers, and scanners, while ensuring our Microsoft Teams meeting rooms are always ready for collaboration.

What you'll need

• A background in IT through formal education or relevant professional experience.
• Proven expertise as an IT technician with a strong focus on troubleshooting and customer service.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with global teams.
• The ability to use sound judgment and initiative when escalating complex technical problems.
