We are looking for an Associate Instructional Designer to join our team in India on a full-time, hybrid basis. At Lightcast, we serve as a global leader in labor market insights, helping partners across six continents foster economic prosperity through data-driven strategies that empower people, companies, and communities.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging learning content that aligns with our products to drive enablement, improve brand affinity, and increase our Net Promoter Score.
- Establish and refine learning objectives for our product and data certification programs while developing the supporting curriculum.
- Design and deliver training sessions for internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to support new feature releases.
- Work closely with product teams and technical writers to translate complex business problems into clear, interactive learning experiences.
- Track the performance of our instructional programs and implement improvements based on data and feedback.
Must-haves
- At least 2 years of professional experience in instructional design.
- A strong background in adult learning principles and assessment design.
- The ability to explain complex technical concepts to audiences with varying levels of expertise.
- Experience building comprehensive learning paths that guide students from beginner to expert levels.
- Exceptional English communication skills.
- A proactive, self-starting mindset combined with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
