About the Role
We are seeking an Associate Human Resources Business Partner to join us on a full-time basis. In this role, you will act as a consultant and advisor to our business unit leaders, helping them manage their teams through effective performance management, talent assessment, and employee engagement initiatives. You will work alongside senior HRBP colleagues to implement organizational solutions, with a specific focus on our APAC region. This is an on-site position where you will build strong relationships across all levels of the company to align our people strategies with our broader business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies that align with both local laws and our unique company culture.
- Support employee relations by conducting HR investigations, providing performance management coaching, and mediating conflicts.
- Analyze people data to generate actionable insights and recommendations that improve the employee life cycle and drive engagement.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience working as a Human Resources generalist.
- Proficiency in using Google Suite, including Docs and Sheets.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- A basic understanding of Indian employment law is preferred.

This position is based in India.
