The opportunity
As an Associate Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a vital role in our evolving HR function. We are moving toward a more consultative and commercial model, and you will be at the heart of that transition. You will work closely with regional and global counterparts to deliver integrated people solutions, advise on critical talent decisions, and ensure operational excellence. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will support our business client groups in driving their people agenda forward.
A day in the life
- You will act as the primary point of contact for our employees, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures while managing essential administrative tasks like performance reviews and personnel records.
- You will take the lead on recruitment for junior roles and our internship program, overseeing everything from initial sourcing and onboarding to workforce planning and headcount management.
- You will champion our company culture by planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building events and corporate social responsibility programs, while also driving process improvements across the department.
Who you are
We are looking for a senior-level HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment. You bring a proactive mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Your background should include the following:
- At least 6 years of relevant HR experience, ideally within a regional or multinational organization.
- A solid understanding of the Hong Kong Labour Ordinance, with additional knowledge of APAC regulations being a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with experience using SAP or similar HR database systems.
- Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin to communicate effectively across our diverse teams.
- A practical, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and a genuine eagerness to learn.
