You'll join Flagstone, an online savings platform that helps individuals, businesses, and charities manage and grow their cash. We're a profitable, collaborative team that values kindness, respect, and continuous growth while reshaping financial technology.
What you'll be doing
- Contribute to the design, development, and upkeep of reliable systems that support our business goals.
- Work closely with engineers, product managers, and other teams to turn business needs into working technology solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable code, take part in code reviews, and help deliver features from initial design through to deployment.
What you'll bring
We look for engineers who enjoy writing code, learning quickly, and solving problems. Commercial experience with C# and .NET Core is important, along with front-end skills in JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and React. Familiarity with cloud development, RESTful API design, SQL Server, and TDD will help you succeed. Knowledge of Domain Driven Design, SOLID principles, or event-driven architectures is useful but not required. Above all, you should be a supportive team player who communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical colleagues and is eager to grow.
